Information on your device

Saved character names, clothing colors, fabric finishes, shape selections and motion settings are stored locally. The app does not upload these creations to us. Delete individual saved looks in Creator, or remove the app to clear its local data. Device backups may retain app data according to your Apple backup settings.

Purchases and service data

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat receives purchase history, transaction and receipt information, an anonymous app user ID, and technical information needed to validate purchases, restore access and provide purchase analytics. We do not give RevenueCat your name or email through the app. Our SDK configuration disables automatic collection of device advertising identifiers.

The app has no advertising, account registration, user uploads, location collection, or cross-app advertising tracking. Payment-card details are handled by Apple and are not provided to us.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, and use it to answer your request. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Cloudflare hosts this website and may process IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect it. This site includes no advertising or analytics scripts.

Retention and your choices

Purchase records are retained as needed to provide purchased access, resolve payment issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we can identify as yours. Some purchase records may need to be retained, and Apple maintains its own records. Deleting the app does not delete Apple or RevenueCat purchase records.

Providers may process data outside your country. See Apple privacy, RevenueCat privacy, and Cloudflare privacy for their practices.

Adults and updates

This app is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We will update the effective date when this policy changes.
